Dear Ayala, I have just reread your beautiful words which remind me to stop, release and feel in the midst of being unwell 🤧 I am so sorry not to be able to attend your workshop tomorrow 😔 as I have been poorly. Now sitting on my bed feeling the sun ☀️ on my face x

I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling unwell and won't be at the workshop tomorrow Natalie! I wrote this reflection when I was feeling unwell myself, noticing and releasing the story my mind would create of that not being OK - and then returning to the simplicity and often sweetness of the immediacy of this moment. I'm glad it has helped you too!

If you contact Love Supreme Projects they may be able to give you a refund... and you will also free up a place for someone else because the workshop is now fully booked. I'll be there again for more workshops on November 11th and December 9th - plus another week of daily meditations at Sangha Live from November 11-15 - so hopefully we'll connect again soon!

So beautiful, and so true ❤️

Thank you for the reminder.

And for re-minding me of another favourite poem, which I can still remember you introducing me to in one of your classes - triyoga, studio 1, in the 2000s!
